Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be new and unused. Returns are accepted by mail using the return process provided by Belmont Grand.

For eligible returns, the return label is free of charge and can be downloaded and printed. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30-day return window.

The product must be new and unused to qualify for an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible during this cancellation period. After the 1-hour cancellation window, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

Once an eligible returned product has been received and processed, the refund will be issued within 7 days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
